Finally! I have passed by the beautiful and massive Terminal 3 when I was on my way back home to Cebu last Thursday. After being mothballed for about 10 years due to corruption issues, the airport terminal opened a few months ago and I was just impressed with how it looks. Other than Terminal 2, which by the way, has an impressive architecture too, this will be an important hub for flying passengers.

However, as of now, only Cebu Pacific and PAL Express are using it. When will other international airlines move in?
