Series 48: Cebu on my mind
Dawn breaks and a new day starts. The sun’s rays are streaming out to the skies from the horizon. The calm waters of the Mactan Channel is disturbed once again as the slow approach of a passenger ship cuts its mirror like surface. Fisherman’s boats also passes creating ripples as they come back from a few hours fishing.
