Nightfall is fast approaching as the sun has finally set over the western side.

A mother and her children walks the edges of the tidal flats during the afternoon probably to scour the coast with shellfish as the blue sky is reflected on the waters.

Fog has yet to lift as the early morning sun strikes the facade of the Waterfront Hotel. At the background are the rugged hills that runs the length of the entire province.

The warm and pinkish hues of early morning paints the skies as another day starts. In a few hours, traffic will be heavy as people travel in both directions to their places of work.

With nothing to do last Sunday night, I got in touch with two other photo enthusiasts, Wantet and B2y, of Flickr Cebu-Sugbo and we agreed to meet for a photoshoot at M Fernan Bridge off Mactan even if it was already late at around 2200H. I’ve been to this place before. This time, the place was not much brighter but there were still people enjoying the view, singing songs while lovers were taking their private space in the dimly lit areas. With our tripods, we started taking photos.
