A rather funny meme that’s just starting to take off from some Pinoy bloggers based on an old postcard. Though somewhat macabre, the grotesque is tamed by the smiling people at the background, clearly posing for the camera! Anyway, it made me curious, was it really this way or is this just a staged shoot? (I just read somewhere that this is a gag shoot) Looking at the fineprint description at the back though, the caption says: EXECUTIONER at the turn of the century PHILIPPINES. In a postcard? I’m sure recipients find it inviting to come and watch!
